We want you to love every MIRLOZE purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all tags attached, and free from perfume, deodorant, or stains.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are final sale and cannot be returned: jewelry, hats, wallets, clearance items, and any item marked non-returnable on the product page.
How to Start a Return
Email us at shahrozmirzallc@gmail.com with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason. We respond within 2 business days with instructions.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return your original order and place a new one.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
