We want to get your MIRLOZE order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Canada and select international destinations. Shipping availability and rates are shown at checkout based on your location.

Estimated Delivery Times

Canada (Standard): 7–14 business days
International (Standard): 14–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly through the carrier's website.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices. MIRLOZE is not responsible for customs delays.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate your shipment.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. MIRLOZE is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
